Grape variety: 100% Glera Tonda grapes (formerly Prosecco) from cooler hillside and steep slopes.
Profile: Straw yellow colour, enhanced by a persistent and fine perlage. Fresh and pleasant aromatic taste with notes of fruit, apple, pear with citrus aromas that reach slightly floral notes. Dry, balanced, persistent and savoury taste.
Soil: Calcareous soils that give Prosecco a fine minerality.
Serving: At a temperature of 8-10°C.
Suitable for: On its own, neat, but also as a refreshing aperitif, or serve it with pasta dishes with delicate meat sauce, mixed beans or seafood soups, vegetable risotto, soft cheese and chicken dishes.
