The Bramaventu is a vintage sparkling wine made according to the method classique from the Grenache noir grape variety from a single vineyard: La Galline, a 2 hectare steep slope on gray slate and quartzite, at an altitude of 300 meters, with vines about 30 years old.

Only the first pressing is used for its own wines, the rest is sold. After only one year on the lees, this distinctive Grenache Noir shows delicate fruit and floral aromas. Perfect for any spring and summer day!
