Description
The Easter Colomba Tiramisù is a soft cake made from natural fermentation using mother yeast and is the result of patient craftsmanship. The dough is soft and fine-pored, with a delicious zabaglione and coffee cream filling, refined with natural Bourbon vanilla. The surface is covered with a fine glaze of white chocolate and dark chocolate drops.
