This is the most modern style of Prosecco Superiore, combing rich citrus aroma with fruity-floral scents and with a residual sugar up to 7 g/l.

Winemaking: the grapes were gently pressed in pneumatic presses and after a natural eight hour settling, the juice was fermented by indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The second fermentation took place in pressurised tank and bottled afterwards under the same pressure to maintain its sparkle (“Martinotti” method, its inventor, or “Charmat” method who later developed it)

Harvest: by hand and in crates of 20 kg.

Yield: 135 q/ha

Alcohol: 12% vol.

The grapes for this wine came from our cooler hillside vineyards where the grapes ripen here slowly while keeping their freshness.
