Production: Fermentation in 10.5 t stainless steel tanks, followed by 24 months of ageing in French tonneaux, 6 months in cement vats and
9 months of bottle ageing.
Profile: Dark ruby red with an intense nose of blueberries, black cherries, ripe blackberries and garrigue shrubs with spicy notes. Medium palate with elegant tannins and balanced acidity. The 2016 vintage is still a fairly young wine that should be drunk from 2021 at the earliest. Pairs excellently with Tuscan cuisine, meat dishes, roast lamb, wild boar, ossobuco, serve at 16-18°C
(uncork 2 hours before serving).
