Production: Fermentation in 10.5 t stainless steel tanks, followed by 24 months of aging in French tonneaux (20% new), 6 months in cement barrels and
12 months of bottle refinement.
Profile: Dark ruby red with an intense nose of ripe fruit and hints of vanilla and chocolate, smooth tannins on the palate, dense, complex and balanced. Goes well with meat dishes, roast lamb, wild boar, ossobuco, serve at 18°C, (uncork 2 hours before serving)
