Should your product(s) of choice no longer be available, we will inform you of a suitable alternative.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 All products are sent within 3 to 4 days via a reputable parcel service (DHL\/Hermes) or haulage contractor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 As far as logistically possible we will attempt to meet your personally desired delivery date.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Should the contents of the delivered goods be incorrect, damaged or incomplete, please refuse acceptance or make note of the impairments on the waybill. Then please contact us promptly via e\u2011mail:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@stefania-canali.de\">info@stefania-canali.de<\/a>, telephone: +49 (0)69 72 09 99 or fax: +49 (0)69 72 81 01. We will take care of the rest and rectify the order as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We are happy to put together attractive and break-resistant gifts or mixed deliveries for you. Here, you need to supply us with the address of the recipient, the desired date of delivery, and the short text that should grace the accompanying hand-written card. We take care of the rest.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We offer delivery around the world.
