Name<\/strong>: Nectar Dei DOC Maremma Toscana<\/p>\n

Grape variety<\/strong>: Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Petit Verdot 25%, Merlot 10%, Syrah 5%, secret grape varieties 5%<\/p>\n

Alcohol<\/strong>: 13.5%<\/p>\n

Soil<\/strong>: Predominantly sandy with abundant stone and clay structure<\/p>\n

Vines per hectare<\/strong>: 6,600<\/p>\n

Production<\/strong>: Fermentation in 5 and 10.5 tonne stainless steel tanks, followed by 24 months of ageing in French barriques, 6 months in cement vats and 12 months of bottle ageing<\/p>\n

Profile<\/strong>: Deep red with purple reflections, with aromas of vanilla, tobacco, a hint of spices and pink pepper, very concentrated on the palate, complex, with a full finish. Goes well with all varieties of red meat and game, serve at 18\u00b0C
